AMT provides our Bench Support service to our clients at a discounted rate when compared to our hourly onsite charge. Our bench service is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $100 dollars an hour. This allows for much of the “downtime” associated with system updates, software uploads and other operations that can take time to be performed to be done via our high-speed backbone safely and as quickly as possible. You don’t pay while the tech is waiting for updates to download.

AMT offers convenient in house “Bench Support Service” at a discounted rate from our onsite service work for desktop and laptop computers. With AMT Bench Support, clients have the option to drop off their PC, at their convenience and get rapid turn around for a reduced cost.
