Dear Valued Always-On Client,
In our effort to constantly improve our service to our Always-On clients we are making some improvements!
We are in the process of upgrading our Always-On Managed Services Offering to better serve you and your businesses. There should be no interruption of service or function, but we’d like to let you all know what we’re doing specifically, should you notice any changes to your desktops.
For the tech guys and gals:
For starters, we are replacing our previous Antivirus offering, Trend Micro Worry Free Business edition, with a newer, quicker and more effective antivirus offering: ESet NOD32 Antivirus.
Secondly, we are replacing our Always-On Agent with a newer updated version. The new version allows you to submit a ticket directly from your desktop, and also take a snapshot (or Screen Capture) of a particular error or notice, and attach it directly to your submitted ticket.
You will notice the new icons in your taskbar.
Lastly, for those of you using the LogMeIn client for desktop remote access, we will be updating the LogMeIn client and testing it’s functionality.
We are able to do the vast majority of this work remotely, and better yet, in the background, so there should be little to no inconvenience or interruption. That being said, there are a few instances where we will need to remote into your desktop for some final cleanup. If this is needed, we will be in touch.
