Robert Bruce, General Manager
Robert has lived in the Vail Valley for about 20 years and has a heartfelt appreciation of the unique and wonderful aspects of living in the mountains of Colorado.
Robert, a Microsoft Certified Professional, is focused on helping All Mountain Technologies become the primary IT provider for businesses in the Vail area.
He uses his experience in the IT field, his business education and understanding of running a business to help other companies achieve the same success.
Neal E. Henzler, Sales Manager
Neal has been in the valley for over 20 years, first visiting in the early 1970s as a kid.
Neal has considerable IT experience started in the early years of the PC industry, using Windows v1.0 running on a 12.0 MHz 286 processor. He spent 5 years with the Vail Resorts MIS Department before serving as a principal in several Technical Services companies. Neal holds a Cisco Sales Engineer certification, and has worked extensively with Windows servers and PCs, general WAN and LAN support, and cabling systems.
As Sales Manager, Neal is responsible for the IT systems projects, planning and sales.
Chris Alexander, Marketing Director/Web Services Manager
Chris became a full-time Vail Valley Resident in 1995, after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Chris is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. His strength lies in outside consulting, technical planning, web services and marketing for All Mountain Technologies. Chris enjoys the lifestyle here in Vail and takes time to fly-fish, kayak and play music.
Michelle Cawood, HR/Customer Service Manager
Michelle has lived in Colorado since 2000 and relocated to the Vail Valley four years ago. Prior to joining All Mountain Technologies, Michelle was a Training Manager in a technical support call center. She is very excited to bring her customer service knowledge and experience to AMT and their clientele.
In her off time, Michelle can be found combining two of her favorite hobbies; hiking and outdoor photography.
Justin Mencl, Systems Engineer/Managed Services Director
Justin has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University. He has been in the Vail Valley and has worked for AMT since 2007. He is focused on the development of AMT’s Managed Services Department that is aimed at identifying IT related problems before they cause a headache for our customers. Justin has professional certifications in the following areas: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Wireless LAN Field Engineer (WLANFE), Network +, Security+ and CompTIA A+. Justin enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hiking, skiing, and ultimate frisbee.
